Position
Description/Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Senior Digital Network / CNO Intelligence Analyst and participate in program activities that
may include:
- Performing network engineering evaluation and analysis of complex
data and telecommunications networks, to include the development of a new
or existing infrastructures or architectures
- Determining network architectures, hierarchies, topology,
protocols, equipment, functions, capabilities, and effectiveness, in
order to conduct characterization and determine strengths, weaknesses,
and vulnerabilities.
- Performing all-source intelligence analysis of cyber activities to
identify entities of interest; their methods, motives, and capabilities;
determine malicious behavior; and recognize emergent patterns and linkages
to visualize the larger picture of cyber-based operations.
- Conducting fusion analysis within the CNO realm, to include
providing production coordination, active collection, analysis, and
time-sensitive reporting and briefings
- Collaborating with others in order to provide analytic support
focused on the development of new exploitation capabilities against both
known and newly identified targets.
- Producing technical intelligence reports and products in support
of special programs and provide expertise and leadership to the team in
the development of analytical models and assessments.
- Applying knowledge of network fundamentals, open-source tools, and
current implementation of those technologies in order to devise
all-source analytic/collection strategies to pursue access and
exploitation of targets of interest.
Specific
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum seven (10) years of intelligence analysis
(SIGINT) experience, with at least (8) years of experience in Network
Intelligence and Computer Network Operations
- Networking knowledge (Network+, CCNA or higher, IDNA at a minimum,
ADNA preferred, Computer Science or Network Security Degree, NETA3001).
- Must have familiarity with the NTOC and NTOC Mission Partner
organizations, as well as a working knowledge of Joint Military doctrine,
concepts and principles.
- Network Security knowledge (CISSP, CEH, Security+, or extensive
network security background) – Knowledge of TAO organization,
policies, procedures, and mission functions (TAO experience is highly
desired)
- Knowledge of CNO methods at an advanced level – Experience
with CNO Tools and Databases – Extensive analytical background
(more diversity over various fields is a plus). Must have Experience or
working knowledge of all disciplines of CNO (CNE, CNA, CND)
- Knowledge of scripting technologies desired.
- Experience should encompass traditional SIGINT communications
externals analysis skills (traffic analysis, social network analysis,
calling tree analysis, etc.) mixed with a detailed knowledge of network
architectures, protocols, and communications.
- Knowledge of SIGINT tasking, collection, processing, exploitation,
analysis and dissemination issues required.
- Must have proven experience producing, editing and coordinating
the distribution of formal technical reports and products
